YOU Flipped is an acoustic version of my Afro House song YOU. The melancholic, mellow iteration of this song digs deep into the sentiment of desperately seeking solitude while quietly being hopeful for companionship.
In the depths of the pandemic and being bombarded with devastating news headline after news headline my typically optimistic self couldn't stop writing my heart on the table. This live off the floor take is how YOU started and I needed to share it's origin story here in YOU Flipped
